MSWebmaker uses technology and design thinking to deliver sales and business intelligence opportunities to midsize companies in the United States. MSWebmaker offers solutions in software development, application development, digital marketing, and business inteligence.
Since MSWebmaker was already a software development company, the main objective of the project was to visually communicate the existence, uniqueness and valuable services of marketing products, content generation and product development. For this, the plan was to develop a scalabe platform, with easy navigation experience, practical examples of projects and generation of organic content through blogging and social network presence.
Three development fronts were initiated. Strategy team took charge, alongside Design in order to develop a design system that should communicated the new identity of the company, the website´s Uls and visual communications on social networks. The strategy team provided UX Writing guidelines and content generation plans to the design team. For the development team, the client´s internal dashboards were a priority, as well as the email automation and contract maintenance functions on the internal areas. After that, the technoogy team, together with the marketing team, proceeded with all the necessary SEO actions and integrations of the adjacent communication areas so that the commercial and strategy team could count on data to generate the best insights in a dynamic way.
