Oil Can Man is South Florida’s leader mobile fleet service industry. They provide preventive maintenance services tailored to every customers’ specific business needs.

The goal

At Google’s Lighthouse DevTool report generator, Oil Can Man had a great SEO score when they hired MSWebmaker. The problem was, that was all. We helped Oil Can Man increase their scores in terms of Accessibility, Best practices, and Performance.

What we did

We transcribed the code that was hosted on WordPress to NextJS and hosted it on our server. We removed the excess javascript that prevented the pages from loading quickly. We readjusted the visual contents to the ideal viewing sizes as well as the required WebP format. According to Google guidelines and benchmarks, we applied lazy-loading to all content and adjusted the parameters to best practices. After these modifications, we were able to further improve the user experience for the desktop and mobile versions.
